Bathroom remodeling in Miami-Dade and Broward

Free bathroom remodel estimate

A bathroom remodel estimate from us is free: text a few photos, the rough size and your city. For reference, a guest or hall bath up to about 50 sq ft is $19,900 per bathroom.

Your bathroom

Start with the whole backyard from the house, then the side access a machine would use. A copy of your survey helps too.

We only use your details to answer this request. Prefer to call? Call (305) 555-0127 or text us the photos; WhatsApp works too: message us.

Photos that help us price the job

Five photos give us enough for a first number. Take them in daylight with the bathroom light on.

  • The whole room from the doorway, so we can see the layout and where the toilet sits.
  • The tub or shower from the front, with the valve and spout in the frame.
  • The vanity and its top, with the cabinet doors open if the pipes show.
  • The ceiling, including the exhaust fan or the window.
  • The floor, close enough to read the tile size and the grout lines.

A short video walking in from the door works just as well. Cracked tile, a soft spot by the tub or a stain on the ceiling below deserve a picture of their own, since they hint at water behind the wall. Anything like that gets priced before we fix it, and our prices with what each job covers list what goes apart. Add the city or ZIP code too, since it tells us which building department handles the permit; the areas we cover in Miami-Dade and Broward each have a page.

How to measure the bathroom

Two minutes with a tape measure will do. Measure wall to wall in feet and inches, length first and width second, and multiply: a 5 x 8 ft hall bath comes to 40 sq ft. Then add the tub or shower opening and the vanity width. Ceiling height helps when you want tile to the top. Rough numbers are fine at this stage, because we take exact measurements at the visit.

Condo owners: what to ask the association

Ask the management office for its renovation rules before anything gets scheduled. These pages change our timing and our price:

  • the approval letter or form for a bathroom remodel, and what it has to include;
  • allowed work hours and days;
  • how the service elevator is booked and how hallways must be protected;
  • the insurance certificate the building asks from contractors;
  • whether new floor tile needs a sound-control underlayment.

Send those rules with your photos. The city side of the paperwork runs in parallel, and our Miami permit guide for bathrooms covers it.

What happens after you send it

  1. We look at the photos and reply by phone or text with a first price from our list.
  2. We set a day to measure, check the plumbing access and go over the tile and the vanity you like.
  3. You get one written price with the scope spelled out, plus what would be priced apart if demo uncovers rot or old pipes.
  4. Once you sign, we order the long-lead items, pull the permit and give you a start date.

Every stage after that is laid out in how we work from visit to cleanup.

Frequently asked questions

Is the estimate really free, even with a visit?

Yes. The photo price and the measuring visit cost nothing. You owe us nothing until you sign a written contract.

How do I check a contractor's license in Florida before signing?

Ask for the Florida license number and look it up on the Florida DBPR website. Check that it is active, that the name matches the one on your contract and that the category fits the job. Plumbing and electrical work has to be done by contractors licensed in those trades.

Can I get a price without anyone coming to the house?

You get a first price from the photos and the sizes you send. The final written price comes after we measure, because things like the drain location or an uneven floor change the work.
