Choose the job, add a vanity or frameless glass, and the calculator gives you the figure for that scope. The prices on this page are current as of October 2026.

Labor and materials included, in US dollars, October 2026. Each bathroom job has one fixed price for the scope written next to it. A new vanity and frameless glass are added at a fixed price each. Tile beyond the standard layout is priced per square foot. Plumbing and electrical work is done by licensed trades and permits are pulled when the job needs them. Rot, mold or old pipes found behind the walls are priced before we fix them.
We don't publish "from" numbers that grow once we show up. A room larger than the scope, or more walls tiled to the ceiling, is covered by the extra tile line at $24 per sq ft, and anything else is an add-on you can see in the table.
What the price includes
The guest bath price covers the room from demo day to the final cleanup.
- Tearing out the old tile, the tub or shower and the vanity, plus hauling the debris away.
- New supply and drain connections in the existing layout, with the electrical for lights and the exhaust fan.
- Waterproofing of the wet area, then new tile on the walls and the floor.
- A tub or a shower, a new toilet and a standard vanity with its top and faucet.
- Fixtures plus fresh paint on the walls we worked on.
The primary bathroom remodel adds a walk-in shower behind frameless glass, a double vanity and large-format tile in a room up to about 100 sq ft. The condo bathroom price builds in the association paperwork, floor protection on the way to the service elevator and a sound underlayment where the building asks for one. A hall bath remodel is the base the other prices grow from.
What we price separately
Whatever turns up once the walls are open gets priced in writing before we fix it. In an older Miami house that can be soft framing around the tub, a cracked cast iron drain or corroded supply lines that leak once they are disturbed. We stop, send you photos, and nothing moves until you approve the number. Cost guides suggest setting aside 10 to 20 percent of the budget for this kind of find, and older homes are where that cushion tends to get used.
Mold that has spread past the bathroom wall cavity calls for a remediation company, which is a trade we don't do.
What moves the price
Changing the layout moves the number more than any finish you pick.
- Moving the toilet or the shower drain means opening the floor for new drain lines, plus a permit with inspections.
- A curbless entry needs the floor under the shower reworked so the water runs to the drain.
- Rooms bigger than about 50 sq ft for a hall bath, or about 100 sq ft for a primary bath.
- Tile choices, from how many walls go to the ceiling to large-format porcelain that has to be back-troweled.
- Condo logistics, and any slab work, which needs the association's OK, an engineer's review and a concrete scan before we drill.
What cost guides say about Miami
Miami cost guides put a mid-range bathroom at $22,000 to $36,000, and national guides put a mid-range bath of about 50 sq ft between $14,609 and $19,040. For a shower alone, national tub-to-shower conversions land between $2,000 and $12,000, with curbless showers at $8,000 to $15,000. Those spreads are wide because each one lumps together very different scopes, and that gap is why we write a separate price for every job.
Tub-to-shower or the whole bathroom?
A tub-to-shower conversion at $11,500 per conversion rebuilds the bathing area and leaves the vanity, the toilet and the floor tile where they are. The tub-to-shower conversion makes sense when the rest of the room is in decent shape. When the floor tile is cracked or the vanity is falling apart, a full guest bath at $19,900 per bathroom costs less than doing the shower now and the room later.
A low or zero-threshold shower is priced as a walk-in or curbless shower at $14,900 per shower. We don't install acrylic liners over an old tub, and our guide on how tile compares with acrylic explains why we build with tile.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Miami?
For the scope we list, a guest or hall bath runs $19,900 per bathroom and a primary bath $34,900 per bathroom. Local cost guides place a typical mid-range Miami job somewhere between $22,000 and $36,000.
Does a condo bathroom cost more than one in a house?
Yes, a little. Our condo price is $22,900 per bathroom against $19,900 per bathroom for a hall bath in a house, and the difference pays for the association package, protecting common areas and the acoustic underlayment some buildings require.
What happens when you find mold or rotten pipes behind the wall?
We stop work on that section and show you what we found the same day. The repair is priced in writing, and only after you approve it do we fix it and close the wall.
Do you offer financing?
Any financing would come from a lender, so we can't promise an approval or a rate. What we can hand you is an itemized written price, which is the document most lenders ask to see. Start with a free written estimate and take it to your bank.
